B2B Sales Executive – Australia & New Zealand Markets

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Australia and New Zealand markets. You will generate new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and drive export sales for our sustainable bedding products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting distributors, retailers and corporate clients in Australia and New Zealand.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business leads in international markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed assigned export sales targets.
• Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity, customer needs and market trends.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility in the region.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analysis for senior management.
• Handle client communications via email, virtual meetings and calls across time zones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Occasionally travel internationally to support marketing execution and partnership development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in export or international markets.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage clients across different time zones.
• Experience with Australia and/or New Zealand markets is highly preferred.
