Business Development Manager

About the role

The College of Contract Management United Kingdom is expanding its Colombo team and seeks a results‑driven Business Development Manager to generate student enrolments and grow new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and drive student enrolments through phone and online platforms.
• Understand prospective students' needs, recommend suitable programmes, and manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact to enrolment.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects, follow up enquiries, and achieve individual sales targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to generate additional business for the College.

Required profile

• Confident, ambitious and highly motivated with strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in sales, telesales, business development or a similar customer‑focused commercial role.
• Target‑driven, persistent and comfortable following up opportunities.
• Organised, able to manage own sales pipeline and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
