Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant will support Brand Focus's sales team in Colombo by handling client inquiries, preparing sales materials, and coordinating meetings and follow‑ups. This full‑time, on‑site position contributes to the efficiency of the sales process and helps identify new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation.
• Assist in developing proposals and preparing sales presentations.
• Track sales activities and ensure accurate information flow between internal teams.
• Provide courteous customer support and identify potential sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Clear, professional communication abilities for handling inquiries and presentations.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and comfort supporting target‑driven activities.
• Excellent organization skills for managing documentation, schedules, and follow‑ups.
• Secondary education required; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
