Outbound & Inbound Travel Executive

About the role

The Outbound & Inbound Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in both outbound and inbound travel packages, delivering accurate information and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms, providing details on destinations, itineraries, pricing and travel requirements.
• Prepare quotations, manage bookings for flights, hotels and tours, and coordinate with suppliers and partners to confirm reservations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, follow up on leads and support marketing promotions.
• Assist in creating tailored travel itineraries that meet client expectations and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a focus on converting leads and meeting booking targets.
• Excellent communication in English (and local languages where applicable).
• Basic knowledge of international travel processes such as visa requirements and ticketing.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office software.
• Experience with travel booking tools or reservation systems (advantageous).
