About the role
ONEi, Sri Lanka’s largest electronics retailer, is looking for a full‑time Sales Representative to work on‑site in Colombo. You will interact with customers on the showroom floor, understand their needs and recommend suitable electronics and services.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, demonstrate product features and answer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions and support Apple repair service bookings.
- Maintain product displays, monitor stock levels and ensure a tidy showroom.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, experience meeting targets is a plus.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in smartphones, consumer electronics and accessories.
- Effective communication in English; additional local language is advantageous.
- Willingness to work onsite in Colombo, including weekends and peak retail hours.
Required skills
- Comfort with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Basic computer literacy.
