Senior Software Consultant (.NET Full Stack)

About the role

Bridge BSS Talent, a global provider of IT outsourcing and business support services, is hiring a Senior Software Consultant with deep .NET expertise. The consultant designs and delivers enterprise-grade web applications for global clients, blending hands-on engineering with technical consulting: working with international clients, mentoring engineers and driving software quality across the delivery lifecycle. The role is listed as hybrid and based in Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend APIs and responsive frontend modules for enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain full-stack solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular and TypeScript.
• Implement reusable design patterns, enforce coding standards and promote architectural best practices across teams.
• Develop dashboards, forms and UI components with Angular Material and Kendo UI.
• Integrate third-party systems, enterprise tools and cloud services.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support technical hiring and onboarding.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with international clients and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to debugging, refactoring, performance tuning, documentation and maintenance.
• Drive quality through Agile/Scrum, code reviews and engineering standards; support production deployments and environment configuration.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Expert C#, ASP.NET Core and .NET Web API, with RESTful API and scalable backend architecture experience.
• Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript; Angular Material and Kendo UI.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle) and ORM frameworks.
• Agile/Scrum and hands-on AWS or Azure experience.
• LLM integration, prompt engineering and AI-assisted development.
• Git, Bitbucket or TFS; mentoring and technical leadership experience preferred.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical or enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
