Senior AI Engineer

About the role

The Senior AI Engineer designs, builds and operates production-grade AI agents, orchestration frameworks and intelligent automation systems that power the organization's customer, operational and enterprise capabilities. The role works closely with engineers and cross-functional teams so that AI solutions are accurate, reliable and performant, turning discrete AI initiatives into an enterprise-grade platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI agents, multi-agent orchestration frameworks and conversational systems, with dialogue management, prompt engineering patterns and context persistence.
• Deliver AI-powered automation across chat, WhatsApp, email and voice channels, and integrate agents with reservation, pricing and operational backends.
• Build and operate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) mechanisms that let agents use enterprise knowledge.
• Ensure production standards for accuracy, latency, reliability and safety, and set up evaluation frameworks, testing environments and model lifecycle practices.
• Work with engineers, business and operations teams, mentor engineers, run design reviews and coach junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production GenAI systems, including AI agents, multi-turn conversations, HITL workflows, vector databases and RAG pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise backend systems and using LLM APIs, SLMs and agent frameworks.
• Fluent in English.
