Quality Executive

About the role

LUMALApioneers, a leading bicycle manufacturer, is expanding rapidly and seeks a self‑motivated Quality Executive to ensure consistent product quality, reduce defects and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct checks on raw materials, in‑process production, and finished goods.
• Maintain quality records, reports, SOPs and compliance documents.
• Identify defects, analyse root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support internal and external quality audits and prepare audit reports.
• Investigate complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Train staff on quality procedures and best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in quality roles, preferably at an executive level.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, Internal Auditor Training or Total Quality Management are preferred.
