ISO, Audit & Compliance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to lead ISO management systems and compliance audits within our manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Handle third‑party compliance audits (SQP, GSV, SMETA, etc.) and ensure timely closure of non‑conformities.
• Manage documentation control, process mapping and SOP development.
• Conduct production process analysis, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in quality control activities and coordinate with production teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems and third‑party audits.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication, reporting and coordination skills.

Required skills

• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 implementation.
• Third‑party audit management and corrective action handling.
• Documentation control, process mapping and SOP creation.
• Production data analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo (advantage).
