About the role
LUMALA, a leading bicycle manufacturer, is expanding rapidly and seeks a self‑motivated Production Executive to oversee daily production activities and ensure timely, quality output.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure timely output while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate machine and equipment usage.
- Prepare daily performance updates for management.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3–5+ years of experience in senior production roles.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Problem‑solving capability and ability to work under pressure.
