Senior Project Manager

About the role

Bridge BSS Talent, a global leader in IT outsourcing and business support services, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, technology-driven projects across its global client portfolio. The role suits a seasoned professional who combines strong project and product management discipline with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style, and who has delivered enterprise-grade digital products in agile, cross-functional environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of multiple concurrent projects across web, mobile and enterprise platforms
• Partner with product owners, lead architects and design teams to finalise product architecture, scope and roadmap
• Define and prioritise product backlogs, create user stories and align deliverables with business objectives and KPIs
• Audit project execution against quality standards, timelines and budget
• Manage cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, DevOps) in agile/scrum environments
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors and third-party partners, including payment, banking and platform integrations
• Coordinate production readiness, hypercare, release planning and post-deployment support
• Run gap analysis, data migration, integration and UAT cycles with audit and operations teams
• Mentor team members and report regularly to leadership and clients on project health, risks and outcomes

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale technology projects
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and offshore teams in a globally distributed environment
• Experience in fintech, banking, retail or enterprise SaaS
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent certification

Required skills

• Project management tools: MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Confluence, SharePoint
• Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming and release management
• Product management: strategy, roadmap, personas and feature prioritisation
• Technology stacks such as React, Node.js.NET, mobile and cloud
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures
• Data-driven decisions with tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar
• Stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
