Manufacturing Coordinator

About the role

The Manufacturing Coordinator is a full‑time remote position responsible for coordinating the day‑to‑day workflow of jewelry and ring production. You will act as the central hub between internal teams, suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure orders are tracked, timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily coordination of jewelry manufacturing workflows.
• Track orders and monitor production timelines with suppliers and partners.
• Update production schedules and maintain accurate order and inventory records.
• Identify and flag issues that could affect delivery or product quality.
• Analyze manufacturing data to recommend process improvements.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Communicate regularly with operations, customer support and quality assurance teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, including clear written updates and concise reporting.
• Solid analytical abilities to review production data, spot trends and propose improvements.
• Experience in manufacturing operations such as coordinating production schedules, tracking work orders and maintaining documentation across multiple vendors.
• Competency in quality control and manufacturing, with a keen eye for detail.
