Associate Product Manager

About the role

Bridge Talent is looking for an Associate Product Manager in Colombo, Sri Lanka, to support the planning, coordination and delivery of software and digital transformation projects. The role works with cross-functional teams, tracks progress and dependencies, supports Agile practices, manages project documentation and ensures timely delivery. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Support project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring and closure
• Coordinate project tasks, track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules and effort estimates
• Monitor project dependencies and highlight risks or delays
• Take part in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support hybrid delivery models
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports and project artifacts
• Identify and escalate risks and issues, and help with mitigation actions
• Assist in managing and tracking change requests and their impact
• Support stakeholder communication and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure adherence to project processes and quality standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the software industry
• Exposure to IT or digital transformation projects is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Jira and Confluence
