About the role
SriLankan Airlines is recruiting First Officers for the A320 and A330. The initial appointment is a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of moving to the permanent cadre after satisfactory performance and a minimum of 2,000 hours on aircraft with a maximum take-off weight exceeding 50,000 kg.
Required profile
- Direct-entry First Officers with type endorsements on the A320 or A330.
- Open exclusively to Sri Lankan citizens.
- A minimum of 500 hours as P2 on either the A320 or A330.
Required skills
- A current ATPL recognised by CAASL with IR, or a current CPL with an ATPL knowledge examination completion endorsement, or a licence of a higher grade, together with a valid IR.
- A current A320 or A330 type rating.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or above.
- A current licence and Class 1 medical under one authority.
