Engineering Systems Specialist

About the role

The Engineering Systems Specialist will coordinate administrative tasks for the engineering department at Haleon's Mt. Lavinia plant, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with sustainability, financial, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation of engineering presentations, track KPIs and compile sustainability data for Energy KPI portal.
• Act as site representative for global sustainability audits, manage evidence and coordinate with finance and procurement on payments, invoices and purchase orders.
• Maintain engineering service agreements, drawing register, SOPs, manuals and quality documentation in VQD and CMMS systems.
• Perform commercial evaluations, third‑party risk assessments, and manage vendor registrations.
• Oversee building maintenance, spares audits, and ensure timely closure of EHS and quality actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in engineering or science, preferably with specialization in science or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of business, engineering and EHS standards in large‑scale production.
• Ability to work with IT tools and maintain accurate documentation.
