Executive - Production

About the role

Michelin is seeking an Executive - Production to ensure continuity of flow and operational performance across its production area. The role focuses on sustaining SMQDC performance, fostering crew autonomy, and supporting organizational responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee achievement of Production Plan objectives while respecting SMQDC and transversal requirements.
• Arbitrate operational priorities between Business Units in line with Plant Steering Management Team guidelines.
• Develop crew capability, polyvalence, and readiness to support sustainable performance.
• Harmonize industrial relations, resolve workforce issues, and promote a positive social climate.
• Drive continuous improvement using MMW principles, standards, and problem‑solving methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production or related field.
• 1‑2 years experience managing production flow and workforce coordination in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and exposure to workforce planning and performance management.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour day and night shifts, including weekends and off‑days.

Required skills

• Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling and performance management.
• Understanding of industrial relations and employee conflict resolution.
