Engineering Process Technician

About the role

Join Haleon as an Engineering Process Technician to ensure high‑quality product supply while maximizing resource utilization and controlling costs. You will support manufacturing operations in a fast‑moving consumer health environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high‑tech machines to meet production targets.
• Monitor machine performance, log data, and report any abnormalities.
• Perform routine cleaning and ensure GMP and EHS compliance.
• Maintain machine parts, utilities, and storage conditions.
• Complete batch documentation accurately and on time.
• Separate and dispose of rejects according to standard procedures.
• Participate in waste‑minimisation and Kaizen projects.
• Carry out adjustments and repairs to plant, utilities and machinery.

Required profile

• Level 3‑5 qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic or Mechatronic (NCT/NCII/NVQ).
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Required skills

• Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Mechatronic technical knowledge.
• Ability to read and follow operation manuals, SOPs and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in maintaining machine logs and batch records.
