Waiter / Waitress – Hotel Food & Beverage Service

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join our hotel's food and beverage team. You will deliver professional, friendly service to guests across all dining settings, ensuring a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous food and beverage service, taking orders accurately and serving promptly.
• Maintain clean, well-presented tables and proper mise en place throughout service.
• Explain menu items confidently and check food quality and presentation before serving.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating to a supervisor when needed.
• Follow hotel SOPs, cash handling, billing, room service, and credit posting procedures.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, events and other F&B operations, especially during high-occupancy periods.
• Uphold high standards of personal grooming, hygiene and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Previous hotel or restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and good grooming.
• Team player with attention to detail.
