About the role

The Executive Safety & Security will lead the safety and security department, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff while supporting overall hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of safety and security across the hotel premises.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Manage the maintenance team, fostering growth and performance.
• Oversee departmental budget, control costs and inventory, and achieve productivity targets.
• Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance program addressing environmental and conservation matters.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, document due‑diligence activities, and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in safety and security with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality.
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a high‑excellence environment.
