About the role
The Technical Service Engineer leads field technicians in installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining commercial coffee machines and related equipment at customer sites and Soul Coffee facilities. The role includes diagnosing mechanical, electrical and plumbing faults, performing preventive maintenance and ensuring safe, efficient operation.
Key responsibilities
- Install, service and repair commercial and domestic coffee machines, grinders and brewing equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical, electrical and plumbing faults.
- Respond promptly to customer call‑outs and maintain accurate service records.
- Order and manage spare parts and tools inventory.
- Provide customers with guidance and basic training on machine operation, cleaning and upkeep.
Required profile
- Previous experience in coffee machine servicing, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration or related technical fields.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem‑solving and fault‑finding skills.
