About the role
We are seeking a Trainee Cum Associate Account Manager to join our Colombo office. This full‑time, on‑site role involves supporting client account management, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding and relationship management.
- Track account performance and prepare reports.
- Manage financials and document client interactions.
- Support senior account managers with operational tasks.
- Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of account management or business operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior client management experience or minimum 3 years in client/financial management is an advantage.
