Senior Solution Sales - Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Bridge Talent is looking for an experienced Enterprise Solution Sales professional to drive new business opportunities and engage with C-level and technology leaders. The role positions solutions across BSS/OSS, API management, integration, cloud and digital transformation, working with technical teams to develop and present competitive solutions. It is a hybrid position based in Colombo.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and open new enterprise opportunities and build relationships with CxOs, key decision makers, technology and digital transformation leaders and partners.
• Position the organization early in digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Lead client discussions on BSS/OSS, digital platforms, API management, integration and cloud transformation.
• Translate customer business and technology challenges into scalable solutions and work with architects and delivery teams to design competitive technical solutions.
• Lead solution strategy and technical positioning for complex enterprise opportunities.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, executive presentations and negotiations.
• Conduct customer presentations, solution pitches, product demonstrations and technical workshops.

Required profile

• 10+ years in enterprise technology, solution sales, pre-sales or digital transformation.
• Background in enterprise technology vendors, system integrators, telecom or digital consulting firms; telco BSS/OSS experience strongly preferred.
• Fintech, banking or payments experience is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to create and shape enterprise opportunities, comfortable engaging C-level and technical leaders, and able to bridge business requirements and technology architecture.

• CRM, billing, charging, order management and inventory knowledge, and other BSS/OSS domains.
• API management, middleware, enterprise integration and microservices.
• Cloud and modern digital platforms.
• Strong storytelling, solution positioning and consultative selling skills.
