Supervising Associate - Power BI and Executive Insights

About the role

EY Strategy Execution & Operations (SE&O) is hiring a Supervising Associate (Assistant Manager level) for its Executive Insights Command Centre, supporting the USLI region. The role designs, develops and maintains executive reporting solutions, dashboards and analytical products, combining Power BI development, data modelling and visualization with business analytics to turn markets and performance data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards and recurring leadership reports, using reusable data models and standardized visualization components.
• Automate reporting workflows and document data sources, logic, calculations, refresh processes and user guidance.
• Analyze markets, revenue, sales, pipeline, pursuits, growth and operational performance data, and identify trends, risks, opportunities and key drivers.
• Turn complex analysis into concise business narratives, visuals and recommendations for leadership decisions, and support performance diagnostics, planning, forecasting and review cycles.
• Validate data quality and definitions with data owners, support KPI standardization and reporting governance, and investigate data issues with root-cause analysis.
• Use EY Global Analytics tools, Power Platform and AI-enabled tools, and look for opportunities for self-service analytics and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 12+ years of work experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Power BI solutions and leadership-facing reporting products.
• Relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, executive reporting, data visualization or dashboard development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytics, information systems, business, statistics, engineering or a related discipline.
• Exposure to Big 4 or leading consulting firms is a plus; experience with EY reporting, Markets data or Global Analytics is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, visualization and dashboard performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and executive data storytelling and presentation.
• Good knowledge of EY reporting, Markets data and Global Analytics tools.
• Advanced Excel; exposure to MS365 Power Platform, Copilot or similar analytics tools is beneficial.
