Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (Financials / PPM)

About the role

EY is hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant in Colombo, covering either Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle Fusion PPM. The role involves translating client business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions, designing and delivering them from offshore locations, and supporting project management and client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and translate requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions
• Analyse client requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion functionalities
• Run CRP sessions, take part in design reviews and discussions, and design integrated solutions
• Independently design and deliver solutions from offshore locations
• Support business users during CRP, SIT and UAT cycles
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials and other deliverables
• Deliver user and stakeholder training sessions
• Support the PMO and configure Oracle Fusion modules in Financials (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) or PPM (Project Costing, Billing, Foundation, Contracts, Control, Resource Management, Performance Reporting, Grants Management)

Required profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion PPM and/or Financials; strong expertise in one or both domains
• At least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations with exposure to Oracle Fusion
• Client-facing consulting experience and hands-on configuration, testing and test case work
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, IT or a related field; CA, CMA/CWA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent is an advantage
• Valid passport and willingness to travel for client engagements
