Showroom Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our retail showroom team across multiple locations in Sri Lanka. The role is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing day‑to‑day showroom operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage sales targets, ensuring the showroom meets or exceeds performance goals.
• Oversee in‑store merchandising and implement local market development activities.
• Manage daily operations including inventory control, cash handling and sales proceeds.
• Motivate, coach and lead the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service for all showroom visitors.

Required profile

• Passed G.C.E. A/L (all three subjects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related professional qualification (SLIM, CIM, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the tiles, sanitaryware or related hardware industry.
• Strong leadership, business acumen and results‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
