Shipping Associate (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Shipping Associate to join our logistics team in Colombo. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of experience in shipping and logistics. You will work on‑site in our office, supporting daily operations and gaining hands‑on exposure to the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of daily shipping and logistics activities.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation and paperwork.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and resolve minor issues.
• Communicate with transport partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support inventory management and data entry tasks as required.

Required profile

• Graduate or currently pursuing a relevant degree.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferably residing in Colombo or able to commute daily.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Saturday half‑day).
• Freshers or candidates with no more than six months of relevant work experience.
