Executive – Procurement & Demand Planning

About the role

We are seeking a result‑oriented Executive to lead procurement and demand planning for our baby care, mother care, toy and stationery product lines. The role will support our expanding operations by ensuring timely sourcing, optimal stock levels, and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure products across baby care, mother care, toys and stationery categories.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers, managing quotation cycles.
• Support import and local procurement documentation processes.
• Work closely with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Liaise with internal teams to guarantee timely stock delivery.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through effective communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (advantageous).
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing operations.
• Experience in baby care, FMCG, mother care or stationery sectors is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
