Senior Transformation Design & Execution Consultant

About the role

EY GDS is looking for a senior professional to lead Transformation Design & Execution initiatives for US clients. You will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, establishing governance structures such as TMOs, PMOs or EPMOs across functional domains like Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk and ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Design, establish and operate Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Enterprise PMOs (EPMO) or PMOs using EY frameworks.
• Manage demand intake, prioritisation, budgeting, portfolio scenario planning and programme execution.
• Oversee schedule, risk & issue, resource management and value realisation across workstreams.
• Define KPIs, create performance reports and data‑driven dashboards.
• Provide guidance to team members and deliver high‑quality client service on complex topics.
• Identify opportunities for EY to add further value to clients.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading transformation or programme management offices.
• Strong knowledge of functional domains such as Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk and ERP.
• Ability to partner with functional leaders to align strategy, controls and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to drive strategic conversations with clients.
