Project Manager - TD&E (Senior)

About the role

EY GDS's Transformation Design & Execution team is looking for a Senior to work with US clients and help them turn strategy into results across Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk & Compliance and ERP. You will set up governance such as Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Enterprise PMOs (EPMO) or PMOs, and guide a team through program and transformation execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with US teams and functional leaders to align strategy, controls and outcomes across Cyber, Finance, Risk and ERP
• Define functional operating models and governance for TMO/PMO/EPMO
• Drive portfolio intake, prioritization, planning, execution and benefits tracking with clear RAID
• Configure PPM tools (Planview/Clarity), integrate Jira/Azure DevOps/MS Project and enforce data quality
• Facilitate Scrum/SAFe/Kanban ceremonies and continuous improvement
• Build executive reporting and dashboards, set KPIs and control-health metrics
• Embed SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR/CCPA, and support testing and audit readiness
• Lead communications, training, hypercare and adoption metrics
• Support pursuits and produce SteerCo packs, TOMs, roadmaps and playbooks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or a related field; Master's preferred
• 4-7 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex programs, with hands-on exposure to Cyber, Finance, Risk & Compliance or ERP
• Experience in several of: PMO/EPMO/TMO design and operations, program road-mapping and execution governance, PMO maturity assessments, transformation office and benefits realization, end-to-end portfolio management, end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle, and Cyber/Risk initiatives
• At least 1 year of external client-facing consulting experience
• Ability to flex working hours to support US-based collaboration

Required skills

• Planview/Clarity (or equivalent SPM/PPM), Jira or Azure DevOps, MS Project/Primavera
• Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel
• ServiceNow GRC/ITSM, Archer/OneTrust, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Anaplan are a plus
• PMP, CSM/Scrum, SAFe, Six Sigma, CRISC, CISM/CISSP or ERP certifications are a plus
