About the role
The Laundry Manager will lead the hotel’s laundry operations, ensuring that linen and guest items are cleaned to the highest standards. You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, quality control, and a safe, tidy work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on linen stock and report any defects or shortages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry area.
- Monitor and replenish linen inventory to meet hotel demand.
- Lead and motivate the laundry team to deliver exceptional service.
