Assistant Manager Housekeeping

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring an Assistant Manager Housekeeping in Galle. You will lead and manage the housekeeping team with a commitment to excellence and a detail-driven approach, keeping the hotel clean and presenting an impeccable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop schedules, allocate tasks and oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Train, motivate and inspire the team to uphold luxury service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve housekeeping operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar role in a quality environment, demonstrating excellent standards and team member management.
• Commercially aware, driven and ambitious, able to inspire the team to exceed service standards.
• Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in all housekeeping procedures.
• Strong working knowledge of the Property Management System (PMS).
