About the role

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the bar team to exceed guest expectations and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor guest feedback and conduct service observations to ensure brand standards are met.
• Train and develop team members, fostering a learning culture.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food & drink menus and test team knowledge regularly.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities related to the bar.
• Oversee recruitment, health and safety compliance, and IT system usage within the bar.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Bar Manager experience in a similar environment.
• Forward‑thinking, motivated attitude with excellent managerial and hands‑on leadership skills.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and personal integrity.
