Growth Marketer (Remote)

About the role

HireHawk is looking for a Growth Marketer to own acquisition, conversion, and retention campaigns for a direct‑to‑consumer business. You will experiment across paid media, email, SMS and other channels, turning ideas into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise acquisition and retention campaigns across paid media, email, SMS and other growth channels.
• Build and test audiences, messaging, creative concepts, landing pages and promotional offers to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Improve the customer journey by identifying opportunities to increase website conversion and reduce friction.
• Track CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, LTV and other key performance metrics to guide marketing decisions.
• Maintain a structured testing roadmap that prioritises experiments based on potential business impact.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience launching, managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to analyse marketing performance and translate data into clear next steps.
• Strong writing skills for developing and evaluating customer‑facing messaging.
• Professional English communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
