Google Ads Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Google Ads Specialist to own and scale our digital marketing efforts across paid advertising, social media, search, and lead generation channels. The role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that generate qualified leads, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns for AJAIA’s products, starting with AI training as the first offering.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to capture the exact search language buyers use, distinguishing informational from transactional intent.
• Match campaigns to appropriate landing pages and guide prospects through the full sales funnel, from top‑of‑funnel awareness to bottom‑of‑funnel conversion.
• Drive low‑cost, measurable leads that convert rather than generate vanity traffic.
• Operate within a repeatable, productized process that allows new products to be launched by swapping product details, pages, and keywords.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience (certification is a baseline, not proof of skill).
• Agency background managing multiple client accounts preferred.
• Ability to build ads end‑to‑end, including ad groups, settings, sitelinks, and copy.
• Fluent English and experience handling offshore clients.
• Verifiable references with live client sites or campaigns that can be independently reviewed.

• Google Ads platform expertise.
• Proficiency in using AI tools within daily workflows for research, ideation, drafting, design iteration, quality checks, and delivery acceleration.
