Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

AJAIA is seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid advertising, social media, search and lead‑generation efforts. The role focuses on creating, executing and optimizing campaigns that generate qualified leads, drive customer acquisition and grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns for AJAIA’s products, starting with AI training.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to capture the exact search language buyers use.
• Match campaigns to appropriate landing pages across the full sales funnel.
• Drive low‑cost, measurable leads and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Work within a repeatable, productized process to enable rapid rollout of new products.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on Google Ads experience (certification is a baseline).
• Agency background managing multiple client accounts preferred.
• Fluent English with offshore client‑handling experience.
• Proven ability to build ads (ad groups, settings, sitelinks, copy) not just report.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily in research, ideation, drafting and delivery.
