Digital Content Creator - Associate

About the role

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Digital Content Creator – Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the development of engaging digital content across social media and other digital platforms while contributing to the company’s brand presence and online engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media and digital platforms, including graphics, videos, reels, and short-form content.
• Develop creative concepts, captions, and visual content aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate social media content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Support photography, videography, video editing, and post-production activities.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and relevant business teams to develop campaign content.
• Assist in maintaining consistent brand communication across digital channels.
• Track content performance and provide basic insights and recommendations.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and other creative projects as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong portfolio of creative or digital content will be an advantage.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and current digital content trends.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools.
