About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to engage with existing and potential clients via phone and email. You will provide clear information about our products and services, and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with existing and potential clients through phone and email, presenting Simplebooks’ offerings.
- Provide accurate information on company products, tools, and services, and resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth support and achieve set targets.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar client‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and collaborate within a team.
