Villa Chef – Luxury 8‑Room Villa in Hiriketiya

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Villa Chef to join our private 8‑room luxury villa in Hiriketiya, Sri Lanka. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality Sri Lankan and international cuisine to discerning guests, including directors, families and VIPs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for villa guests.
• Cook Sri Lankan and international dishes, adapting to guest preferences, dietary requirements and special requests.
• Design special menus for directors, their families and VIP guests when required.
• Manage the kitchen independently, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Monitor food stocks, minimise wastage and coordinate purchasing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Villa Supervisor and Head Office Executive.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef, Villa Chef, Private Chef or Hotel Chef.
• Ability to work independently without dedicated kitchen assistance.
• Reliable, organised and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Sri Lankan and international cuisine.
• Strong food hygiene and kitchen management skills.
