Travel Consultant – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Travel Consultant to join our team in Dehiwala, delivering exceptional travel experiences and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with flight and travel bookings.
• Manage reservations, amendments, cancellations and refunds.
• Provide tailored travel solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare itineraries and travel‑related documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers and internal teams.
• Follow up with customers and deliver after‑sales service.
• Achieve individual sales and service targets.
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Previous experience in travel, ticketing, sales or customer service (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with Amadeus or other GDS (advantage).
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Willingness to work UK shift hours and weekends.

Required skills

• Amadeus / GDS proficiency.
