About the role
WNS Global Services is seeking a Senior Associate for its Operations team, focusing on Shipping and Logistics. The role is based in Colombo (Orion City) and involves supporting the delivery of logistics services to the company’s global clients.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping and logistics activities to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolve issues, and communicate status to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations.
Required profile
- Completed education in a logistics‑related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
