Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Entry Level / Associate

About the role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to build and manage a strong sales pipeline. You’ll own outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM hygiene, working closely with the SDR team to target clients across the US, Scandinavian and Sri Lankan markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts and key decision‑makers, focusing on the US and Scandinavian markets.
• Run outbound outreach campaigns via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established criteria such as BANT.
• Collaborate with the SDR team to build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in the CRM.
• Conduct market and competitor research to refine targeting and messaging for different regions.
• Manage and report on personal KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaign execution and messaging.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role (B2B preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and meeting‑booked targets.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work EST hours a few days per week to support US market outreach.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
