Reservations Executive – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Reservations Executive will manage guest booking requests and inquiries across Aman’s global portfolio, delivering personalised, efficient, and brand‑aligned service. You will work closely with property teams and regional offices to ensure every interaction reflects Aman’s ultra‑luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests via phone, email and digital channels with accuracy and a high‑touch approach.
• Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings, applying rate‑strategy knowledge to optimise revenue.
• Input and manage all reservations in Aman’s systems, maintaining data integrity.
• Design multi‑property itineraries and coordinate pre‑arrival arrangements for high‑value guests.
• Provide discreet service for VIPs, including Aman Private Office clients, Club members and Residential owners.
• Maintain comprehensive guest profiles to enhance future interactions.
• Collaborate with property teams and regional offices to ensure flawless communication.
• Identify and resolve booking challenges, escalating complex issues when needed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in reservations, customer service or a guest‑facing hospitality role within a luxury environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a refined, professional tone.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced, global service environment.
• High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential guest information.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience with reservation or CRM systems such as Opera, SynXis or Salesforce.
