About the role
This role aims to provide a level of quality customer service to all clients and members unsurpassed in the hospitality industry. You will work closely with operational colleagues and collaborate with other department teams to facilitate centre operations and address members’ needs. Acting as the face of TEC, you will deliver first‑class support for both in‑house and external members.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to daily operations, including centre opening and closing, and facilitate member activity.
- Engage with members to build personal and team profiles, understanding their preferences.
- Coordinate upkeep of the centre’s facilities, decorations and furniture, addressing cleaning, repairs and improvements.
- Support the achievement of business performance metrics in the city.
- Manage personal contributions, professionalism, proactivity, and continuous learning.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English and the local language.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and admin experience in hotel, retail or client‑centric environments.
