About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Green Hut Nature Resort in Sigiriya. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable, hygienic stay in a nature‑focused environment. You will report directly to the Resort Manager and collaborate with the housekeeping team to uphold the resort’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to resort standards.
- Replenish linens and guest supplies.
- Sanitize bathrooms and fixtures, ensuring they are dust‑free.
- Report maintenance issues and manage cleaning inventory.
- Provide exceptional service to guest requests.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality housekeeping (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Trustworthy, respectful, and a team player.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
