Associate Front Office Executive – Guest Relations & Hospitality

About the role

The Associate Front Office Executive supports the Guest Relations and Hospitality functions of EY's Workplace Enablement Services (WES) centre in Sri Lanka. You will manage day‑to‑day front‑desk operations, coordinate visitor and expatriate services, and assist with facility and event logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk operations, including visitor registration, incoming calls, mail handling, and access‑card issuance.
• Coordinate guest‑relations activities, ensuring smooth execution of meetings, town‑halls, global leadership visits, and other events.
• Provide logistical support for inbound/outbound visitors, expatriates, and long‑term guests, including accommodation and travel arrangements.
• Handle expatriate onboarding, visa documentation, FRRO processes, lease agreements, and relocation support.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for visitor transport, events, and new‑hire accommodation services.
• Resolve customer escalations, monitor service tickets, and contribute to continuous improvement of guest‑relation services.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, front‑desk, or guest‑relations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders.
