Key Account Sales Manager

About the role

The Key Account Sales Manager will develop and maintain trusted relationships with strategic telecom customers, working from either the Maldives or Sri Lanka. This role focuses on expanding existing accounts, delivering tailored solutions, and driving long‑term revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑lasting relationships with key clients.
• Understand client technical needs, requests and business requirements.
• Propose and deliver appropriate products and services in a timely manner.
• Act as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams.
• Resolve issues, handle complaints and maintain customer trust.
• Generate new sales opportunities that evolve into lasting partnerships.
• Prepare regular growth and forecast reports using key account metrics.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in sales and solution delivery within the Telecommunication/IT sector.
• Professional knowledge of telecom and IT domains.
• Familiarity with communication channels and strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and able to collaborate effectively with others.
