International Tour Coordinator

About the role

The International Tour Coordinator will support the planning and execution of travel experiences for foreign clients, acting as the main liaison between hotels, travel agents, and service providers. This role ensures seamless accommodation, transportation, and tour arrangements while maintaining high standards of communication and service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with international hotels, travel agencies, and other service providers to secure accommodation, transport, and tour services.
• Manage booking details, itineraries, and documentation for foreign clients.
• Maintain clear and professional email communication with partners and clients worldwide.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align travel plans with company standards and client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in tourism, travel operations, tour coordination, or a similar industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external partners.
