Career141 Executive Search is looking for a Human Capital Business Partner to partner with senior leadership in attracting top talent, building high‑performing teams and strengthening organisational culture. This business‑partnering role blends strategic HR expertise with hands‑on execution to support the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and workforce planning for assigned business functions, creating innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate performance‑management cycles, KPI setting and reviews, leveraging AI‑driven tools to improve efficiency.
• Develop and deliver learning, coaching and talent‑development initiatives that enhance employee growth.
• Drive employee‑engagement and retention programmes, building relationships with educational institutions and community organisations.
• Identify and implement technology‑enabled HR practices to automate processes and boost productivity.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, employer branding and HR business partnering.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong initiative, ownership, creativity and a passion for building a thriving people‑first environment.
