Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands‑on Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our hiring function in Sri Lanka. This role requires a strong leader who can drive high‑volume hiring while staying close to the ground and resolving operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for large‑scale and bulk hiring across business lines.
• Build, drive, and optimise recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Identify bottlenecks, simplify processes, and solve execution‑level challenges.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align hiring plans.
• Manage vendors, sourcing mix, and channel effectiveness for volume hiring.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of overall talent acquisition experience, including 2–3 years in a strategic role driving large‑scale hiring initiatives.
• Strong ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels with a track record of meeting large‑scale hiring targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Ability to simplify problems, drive solutions, and execute with urgency.
