Group Head of Food & Beverage

About the role

Uga Resorts is looking for an experienced Group Head of Food & Beverage to lead and shape the culinary experience across its portfolio of luxury resorts. Reporting to senior management, you will set the strategic direction for all F&B operations, ensuring each property delivers destination‑driven dining that reflects its unique heritage and environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a group‑wide F&B strategy, creating unique dining concepts for each resort.
• Design scalable SOPs to guarantee consistency, service flow and elevated guest experiences.
• Partner with the Group Executive Chef and property culinary teams to train front‑of‑house staff on menu storytelling, specials, pairings and dietary requirements.
• Conduct regular operational audits of restaurants, bars and guest‑facing areas to ensure compliance with brand standards, service timing and hygiene protocols.
• Oversee all bar and beverage operations, including inventory management.
• Mentor property‑level F&B Managers, empowering them to execute the group vision.
• Analyse guest feedback and operational metrics to continuously refine service, table management and culinary delivery.
• Identify opportunities for operational agility, design training initiatives and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of progressive leadership experience in luxury food and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to develop and launch destination‑focused dining concepts.
• Strong track record of building and coaching high‑performing F&B teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on guest feedback and operational data.
• Deep understanding of hygiene standards, brand compliance and service excellence.

Required skills

• Experience in designing and implementing SOPs for multi‑property F&B operations.
• Expertise in beverage inventory management.
• Ability to conduct operational audits and ensure brand compliance.
• Knowledge of menu storytelling, pairing recommendations and dietary workflow management.
